It is the 1st time I have taken delivery of a new tank. My question is what else do I need to look for when inspecting new tanks instead of cracks? I've read on some posts about bubbles in the seams, but how can you tell if you have bubbles if the seams are black?

Fill the tank up outside and then inspect the seams for seepage.
