That is absolutely insane! Can you imagine any other business not doing what they said they'd do and just keeping the money?

Imagine a car wash, you pull your car up, it goes through and comes out and they didn't clean it at all and they just say "oh well, we did our best but the water got plugged up while your car was going through. And also we slashed your tires. You'll have to buy yourself new tires and then pay again if you'd like us to try to wash it again"

That is what this sounds like to me

So we did get one in. It was still delayed a day but this would officially mark the first Poletti grow out frag that's been delivered. I'm gonna touch base with him and see how it looks.
