Thanks my brother definitely will look into that this afternoon.I am glad your doing better...add a good multivitamin and some liquid turmeric to your daily intake. Do not get the pill form as it does not have the same body Absorbtion rate as liquid. The brand Qunol is awesome, costco carries it. One tablespoon in water or any liquid will help with vitamin Absorbtion, inflammatory issues and joints..... I got my girl on it and her shoulder is feeling better then ever. It is not a maricle cure but it does help... I notice a big difference in recovery time from work outs and of course heavy lifting puts strain on bones and I don't get as much pain anymore. Just sharing some life experiences with you to help ya, only a suggestion my friend...
busy day for me too Joel and with a temperature of 94° , I just got home like 20 minutes ago.Stupid long day for me...

Speaking of that Kevin, I'm thinking about adding a tailspot blenny or a yellow watchman goby pair with a shrimp to my tank, what do you family recommend? Are you going to be OK, tailspot blenny will be your safe word. Post it and we will send help!
I always loved the goby-pistol relationship. I wish I could have gotten one for my tank. But I do love my tailspot!Speaking of that Kevin, I'm thinking about adding a tailspot blenny or a yellow watchman goby pair with a shrimp to my tank, what do you family recommend?

^ This!!!!!!!!! But a tailspot is a must or @Katrina71 will send two men in a black panel van with no windows to your house and make you get one! I’ve been there and it’s scary, I recommend you avoid! It all ends the same.Speaking of that Kevin, I'm thinking about adding a tailspot blenny or a yellow watchman goby pair with a shrimp to my tank, what do you family recommend?
