There are some really nice display tank macro. It's a good idea but don't you need a sump for that?
Experiments and testing make it fun Luis!Thank you very much, I will keep your advices in mind, the truth is that changing 5g a month has been good for me, the problem has been no3 and po4, I know that I overfeed the fish and corals, but since that is what is working for me in growth and color I am looking for a solution for no3 and po4 so that they do not go up too much
Thank you very much Walker!@luis angel congrats on becoming a valuable member!
They are usually peaceful, but they definitely can be a jerk when they want too.How mean are yellow tail damsels?

Lots of beautiful display macros! I recommend Botrycladia, Gracilaria hayi (pom pom gracilaria) and codium as beginner macros. Then you can move on to macros like dragon's breath, Galaxaura (gorgeous), and blue hypnea. Lots of other less common red and green macros -- you are in FL, so you can get some interesting Caulerpas also (illegal in CA). Just take care, because some species of Caulerpa can become rather invasive and have a higher tendency to "go sexual", which can mess up your tank if not caught early (high levels of respiration, pH swings, and nutrient bombardment from releasing spores and disintegrating:It's a good idea but don't you need a sump for that?

Macroalgae Care - Reef Cleaners
For the most part, macroalgae is simple to care for and is a great way to add color and diversity to your tank.www.reefcleaners.org
Overall I'm a big big macroalgae fan and need to get back into into it! Only issue I had was them stripping nutrients too well.
Pom pom graci "planted" in an empty shell (+blenny)I had no idea, I thought they were only used in the sump.
Oh my gosh I love it!!! I never thought about putting micro algae in the DT! It would be like combining my love of my freshwater planted tanks with my love of corals in my saltwater tank!!!Pom pom graci "planted" in an empty shell (+blenny)
