Yeah I try to stay as low on carbs as possible.
I've had no gluten since April and I feel a whole lot better.
In April I had my youngest son make me a carrot cake.
The next day my wife started the carnivore diet and I did it with her for solidarity.
The only thing I add is rice and yogurt.
Been doing it ever since, in my own way.
On the day after my 55th birthday I weighed 198 pounds.
I now weigh 159.
