I'd say moderate. I technically have a little right now by adjusting intensity, but would much prefer a ramp up and ramp down. I just feel like sitting in front of my tank, drinking a cup of coffee and going "oooh.... here's comes the sun..*sip*" Would be pretty satisfying.

Have to say an easier coral to grow, a teal caulastrea that I have had for over 30 years. Having gone thru many generations after starting with just 2 polyps. Largest it grew was the size of a basketball, when we moved 20 years ago it broke apart in numerous pieces during transport to new tank. Currently its the size of a volleyball.
