So, I accidentally left my rod on for 1-2 days. Nice bit of water on the basement floor....I had just changed over all of the components in there, but now my output shows like 20ppm. It has never shown that high ever, even when the different components were depleted. Thoughts as to what's up? I let it run for 20 min, and still the same. Thanks.

Do you have a membrane flush on it?
Do you have any data on its input tds prior vs now?

DI resin is still the bluish color, will try flushing. The incoming water is around 20ppm, so I feel like it got backed up somehow. If that makes sense.

Incoming water?

If your DI is working fine then you would be getting 0 tds out. You can put tap water through a DI and get 0 out... until it's used up... Then you get tap water.

The input water shows 20ppm, is what I meant. There is a little toggle slot check invoking and out flow. If I’m saying that right.

Sorry don't know what you mean. Maybe take some pictures. Should be pretty clear on the connections and which way the water is going. If there is a flush valve make sure that is turned off after flushing. Does it have one of those auto shut off valves with the 4 tubes going into it?

Will take some pics when I am back in a couple hours. Appreciate it, as this is the first issue I have had with this rodi, in 7-8 years. The booster pump was off when it just kept running, when usually it is on. Think that is part of this at all?

I would try a flush, if not, letting it run that long likely depleted the filter. The worst crazy number is going to be the water bill at the end of the month

Flushed it, and put all new DI resin in and is back to zero. Thanks all!

My wife’s face looking at all the water on the floor is probably worse than the water bill, which she won’t see. .
