Another MP40 disappointment. Check yours because you might be affected too

But that’s the issue, it’s brand new came 3 days ago as a purchased replacement. It runs at rated speed on a different controller so dry side is ok.
If I were you I would get a replacement from the retailer. I did have one MP40 malfunction int eh first week and thankfully Ecotech customer service was great and sent a replacement.

i think I just figured it all out. Connecting a legacy mp40 dry side to new controllers permanently makes the controller “think” that a legacy dry side is connected and as such should be run at that intensity. I had to connect my old gen 1 dry side while ecotech replaced my noisy dry sides. The only question is can anything help resolve the issue.
