Interesting... I never heard of it before.(did some googling) That structure is older than America itself!
Very cool area. Lots of very old stuff here. I forget a lot of people aren't familiar, I lived close enough growing up that we did field trips to the fountain of youth & old school house/jailhouses back in elementary school.

Nice! The furthest field trips I remember going was the Kennedy space center and epcot. My favorite was kayaking by sanibel(mud flats). Me and my buddy nick got stuck with the pretty little princess of the group.. she sat in the middle, sucks with a paddle, and kept complaining about getting splashed; so nick and I decided to rock the yak until it rolled over dumping us all in the water. Lol, good times.
In did do a court ordered, "scared straight", prison tour when I was about 15, it didn't work.

Back to work today. I'm already tired about it.

I think all my dusters and cocoworms and stuff are scheduled for this week though :)

I did decide to replace the pony tank light with the one I won.

Trying to decide if I move the prime to the dice or if I add it to the list of stuff I need to sell off. :thinking-face: I'm not the biggest fan of it, but it is technically "better" than the light on the other tank presently.

Today:
  • Work. I feel like I got run over by the city trash pickup.
  • Feeding trough delivery.
  • Moonshiner delivery to finish corrections.
  • Coco-worm delivery.
Tomorrow:
  • Massage
  • Feather duster delivery?
  • Dr appt with potential new primary
  • Frozen food delivery
Coco-worms and feather dusters are the only pending live deliveries I have.

@Fish Styx fighting with his alt mps reminded me that I still haven't put mine together fully. Maybe I'll fight that battle tonight or tomorrow. Peninsula would probably still appreciate the extra flow.

IDK what happened, sometime between evening seahorse feeding and bed I messed up my left wrist. Typing hurts, can barely hold my coffee cup, bending it hurts.... the flexor retinaculum area appears to be swollen? I'm assuming it's all the tendons housed in there given my chronic tendonitis issues, this is just a new spot for it to be flaring and with no specific reason. Something fun to share with the new doctor this afternoon I guess

Anyway, ponies fed, only one of them figured out the trough this morning - oddly enough, NOT the one who was hanging out hitched to it before feeding.

Both coco-worms were out earlier :) As were both the new dusters - one has a huge crown. Excited to see what the 21 coming in today look like :face-with-tears-of-joy:

The thumbs up emoji was for the horses, not the wrist. I hope it feels better soon.

I haven't been taking my celebrex 2x daily like I'm supposed to because while it helps with all the tendon swelling, I figure it isn't great for the internal organs so I tend to tell myself I don't need it and wait until I'm nice and broken again. Totally normal, reasonable behavior.

maybe try tapping on the trough, they seem to train easy and respond to the tapping on glass before feeding
brings both pairs together quickly for me ,they are normally 2 on each side of 4' tank

The problem is that the minute they see me they all come to the front of the tank and follow me back and forth. They're more focused on trying to follow me than on looking at where the food is

Fortunately for you, like most other NSAIDs, Celebrex is nephrotoxic, which means it is processed by the kidneys and not the liver (hepatotoxic). Remember to drink lots of water and have renal labs drawn 1x a year to monitor, and you shouldn't have any issue(s).

There, you heard what you already know from an outside source. Focus on that as opposed to the mansplaining and TAKE YOUR dang MEDS.

These are quite pretty, I almost grabbed some at the LFS the other day but decided against it as I'm not convinced they wouldn't starve.

Hope you feel better!

Nutrient heavy tank + I dose phyto a few times a week. I used to have a bunch in the old tank until my dusky wrasse decided they were a delicious snack - now that the tanks are split up and this one doesn't have any rude inhabitants I can restock again. Stay tuned for an updated photo once the 21 I'm putting in today calm down
