Calling all Phytoplankton Experts- What am I seeing under the microscope?

Hello everyone,

I just took a video of my phytoplankton under 600x magnification on our microscope. Is what I’m seeing healthy phyto? I thought it was nano, but from searching online I didn’t think nano moved?

Really appreciate any help!! I’ve been dosing this in the tank, and really hoping that I’m not nuking the tank.
