As of know I have a clownfish. I want to add a tail spot blenny. Neon cleaner goby or a court jester goby or both if possible. And add Cleaner shrimp, my tank is cycled and is 4 weeks old just for some info.

Just for clarification, you have a clown, but you're looking to add a tailspot blenny, two gobies, and a cleaner shrimp? I'm not coming at you; I'm just trying to understand. :)

If that's the case, I personally would not add more than 3 fish to a 15g tank. If you decided to go with a goby, I would choose one or the other as they tend to like their own space. Maybe skip the cleaner shrimp and opt for a sexy shrimp instead. They're smaller and cooler to look at, IMO. Also, what kind of clown do you have? If you have a bigger species of clown, 3 fish may even be a stretch.

Do you have a picture of your tank? I feel like you might be overcrowding it by adding all of those fish. The clown might be territorial in his space since that is the only fish in there right now.

Personally I think the tailspot and the neon goby are fine and I would call that a full tank with the clown. They are 3 active fishes with personality, its a good mix.

My hectors goby picks at rocks all day as its main food source, I never see it eat prepared foods, I would not suggest this fish in a brand new tank as it wouldn't have enough food.

If you really want a fourth small fish, I would suggest a clown goby instead of hectors goby.
