Can someone tell me what is this on my glass

I have these spots growing on my glass can someone tell me what it looks like

It looks like flatworms. They can be problematic if you have SPS corals and multiply very quickly. You can find several threads here on how to deal with them.

Can you post in a whiter light? Looks to me like an encrusting algae.

I also have pods that are some on the glass

Yeah, appears to just be normal encrusting algae. Will often grow on the equipment and glass and can be easily scraped off.
