Flame angel with a white bump on it’s side for the last 3 Months. Any Ideas on what it could be and how to treat?

For the last 3 months it’s been pretty normal overall. It’s always active, eats a ton, and hangs out with the other fish.

This is NOT lympho which is viral but looks like post injury or bite marks and is fish eating and breathing normal?
