Small update:

Testing some light hoods. The light in the room was bothering me a bit. I don't know what Ill use eventually, but this seems about right.

And I got a new camera, so the first shots are fired. I am learning still, so not the best.

Starting to look like a workingspace instead of my livingroom....

Overview

Here is an overview of the tank. I changed a few things since the start.

I do not have extra powerheads. All the flow is created by the returnpump which has 4 outlets. The returnpump is push about 4800l/ph. The total volume is about 350 Liter. That’s a turnover of about 13 times per hour.

I change about 70liters (20%) every 4 weeks.

I feed Twice a day Flakes and once 2 cubes of frozen (not washed)

Lights ramp up from 10:00 until 15:00
Lights Max 15:00 until 22:00
Light ramp down from 22:00 until 00:00

I don’t clean the gravel (thin layer)

I adjust my KH/CA/MG based on KH. I keep KH at 10 and accept the CA and MG that comes with it. I have some luck with my CrushedCoral in my reactor. I don’t need to adjust dosing of CA and MG. (it’s not perfect but it does well)

My new green Haddoni Anemon.

Who is lovely.. it has crawled exactly to my favourite spot. Cant be better.
(it's gona take some time to get him to the correct spot, or at least, not this spot.)

So,

I did my homework. I placed a cover on top of the tank so the Haddoni didn't get light.
Only on the right side I left a bit of light. I hoped it would crawl that way.

And yes.. it worked. 36 hours later the Nem was more to the right where I could work with it.

I massaged the foot so it let go, and put it lower in the tank arround the spot I would prefer.

Now Hope is my only game.

I don't want to advise anyone to buy them, but I also want you to have one

Go for it, but read up. I mean.. they are a pain in the but and kill other coral. The little white skeleton left of the green carpet ... is a dead Torch. Couldn't save him. I did save 6 others... but this one got wiped out.
And they walk... and they move... en push rock with the feet... kill fish... stick to all and ~
