How long has it been since you ordered it? honestly I think shipping times are random because I’ve heard people getting them really quick

wow i ordered on the 20th , i emailed and they said that it would be shipped on the 21 and that it would take 6-10 days to get to me, but i haven't got any sort of tracking, you waited even more
than i have

2385 & 2392 are both difficult numbers for shipping. I try to avoid them both when I can. Good luck.

My apologizes for the shipment issue! K7 PRO are enough stock now in the United States, K7 Mini will be restock in the United States in 15-17 days from now. Minis will temporarily be shipped from China

I'm sorry about the delay delivery of Mini. March is the peak transportation season, so there will be congestion and delays. But now we have found a better shipping solution for the K7 Mini with an on-time arrival rate of 95%, with a delivery time of 7-12 days.

Bridge barge was bound for Sri Lanka. It took a month for mine to arrive from order date. Took about 3 weeks after ship date. Got a tracking number as soon as it hit port in LA. I used ShopPay and it updated automatically. Not sure what happens if you just pay through CC.

I used PayPal and it states to use the shop app to track order, which just says waiting for fulfillment. @Zach B said he received lights and shipping today and tomorrow from another post I saw, just hope mine are part of those orders he processes.
