I can't really capture this in a picture --- but I noticed around all my live rock (more pronounced on the underside) today there's like a "force field" of hazy white/clear-ness. It seems like it might be algae, but I can't tell?
I assume this is part of a tank maturing, but I don't remember anything in the "Ugly Stages" about this stuff.
It's more prominent on the underside of the rocks, and definitely moves with the current. It's only about 1-2mm thick, and none of the pictures I take really show it. I'd think my eyes were playing tricks on me if my family didn't confirm
I assume it's nothing, but since I can't Google-fu it, figured I'd check here.
The only thing I've changed lately is added some Activated Carbon to the sump.
