I used instant ocean by the pallet back when it was the only salt. I got this with the tank. After that I planned on switching back to either regular IO or reef crystalAqua Forest is supposed to be good. I use Instant Ocean Reef Crystals. Have used Instant Ocean in the past. Certain salts are "better" formulated for corals.
