Lost over half the water (110g tank).
Still leaking.

Can i:

1. Seal it while fish and coral still in it?

2. Respect rye sand if I purchase a new tank?

No you cant reseal it while it is still running. It would need to be torn down and have the silicone removed for the whole pane before resealing.
Start tearing down now, brute trashcans work well to hold aquarium inhabitants while changing out the tank. The only thing you might want to do is rinse the sand before putting it back. Good luck and sorry this happened

110g tall

I have fish and coral in totes with aerators. Saved more than half of the water. Cleaning the sand. Adding more sand. And see what happens.
