That’s the p
Try feeding them and see if there’s a difference in a few weeks if you’re nutrients are low
That’s my plan I believe is to slightly over feed and see about raising the nutrients to see what happens. I did end up getting neophos that I plan to start tonight also

Yesterday my phosphate was .09 and today .07. I dosing neophos 7ml two days ago and have been feeding a little heavier. Haven’t quite figured out what I’m gonna do with the neophos yet on how to level it out now. I would say the torch’s are starting to turn around! Getting much more extension out of the happy heads. And the ones that were receding are seeming like they have halted so I take that as a good sign!? Hoping to see each day a little better.

I’ve upped my flow on the power heads to try and help with the cyano

Will get photo updated tomorrow when I get home.

That's great to hear!

A note on the cyano, I battled that too for a bit in my tank. If I remember right, I noticed the onset was also at the time when my nutrients bottomed out so raising your nutrient levels should help combat the cyano as well.
That being said, it still took me weeks to a couple months of consistency and occasional manual removal before it went away so it's not a quick fix but it is a contributing factor.

today sitting at .03. I dosed 4ml of neophos today as it seems like it’s steadily declining still hoping to get it to stay steady.

Cyano almost seems like it’s gotten a little darker but not larger amounts just still heavy where it’s at

Did dosing nutrients end up taking care of the cyano for you? Currently dealing with the same issue. Cyano and bottoming out phosphate. Have been dosing neophos
