Just wanted to get an opinion on flow for my tank. I'm contemplating between moving my powerheads from the side to back glass.

I currently have 2 Nero 5s and 1 Nero 3. The 5s are offset at the first and second 3rd of the tank (front) with the 3 at the last 3rd (back), if this makes sense.

I'm getting into sps and I'm looking to up the flow which is why I'm tinkering.

Lights are off so these are the pics I have right now.

This is the IM 50 INT model, so on the back wall there are diagonal sections on both sides that I was considering to place the Nero 5s with the 3 in the middle of the back.

Any thoughts or ideas are appropriated.

I like the cross tank flow. Have you upgraded the return pump?

I got the tank second hand, but I think it's upgraded. It's a tunze 1073.050
Well yes it's not the stock pump then. It says Tunze 1073.050 does 790gph with the controller.
How is the polyp extension on the sps in the frag rack?

I do have it turned down a bit though, only like 30%.

Polyp extension is there, nothing is whipping around but they look like they're flowing.

I'm planning to move them to the top of the rocks on both left and right sides, but I wanted to dial in flow before I glued down.

You're not wrong, it's definitely overkill and I run all the pumps under 50%. I was more so trying to dial in pump location relative to my rock work.
