Is this fixable/as minor as I think it is?

In the process of removing them the teeniest tiniest chip happened can I use water weld to secure it and make sure it doesn’t leak? I don’t think this is detrimental. Especially since it’s on the outside. What do you think?

Nothing to worry about. The gaskets for the pipe will seal it, a rough edge of the holes doesn't matter.
