So I did that. Test just finished and I got 8.3, Salifert and sera reading 10.5. Wonder if I should thin it out more (with rodi) until I get the same reading as Salifert

I have had problems with the Coralvue concentrate. My alkatronic is a 4 to 1 mix. It ends up giving me high results no matter how precise I am with my mixture. I take my last good test plus my Hanna test and add more acid until I meet that number.

Matter of fact today I had to add RODI to my Coralvue ready to use because it was reading low. It helps to know what your expected DKH is.

I had to mix mine 9:1.

What I do when mixing is to weigh out some concentrate and then multiply the weight by 5 since mine is 4 to 1 and then add DI until it weighs the results I got.

things to consider is the ph probe has to be precise calibrated or your reagent will be off. Also, replace probe every year.
