Adorable! Mine looks exactly like this one right now, I’d say she’s about an inch, inch and a half right now. Can’t wait to see her grown.

I saw that you also have a male, did yours transition into one on its own or did it happen when you introduced another leopard wrasse?

I have two Leopard harems in my tank, 3 Black Leopards and 5 Meleagris Leopards. They are in my 320 gal tank.

That picture shows her when she was tiny to about 1.25 inches. if you look at the first picture, you can see how small she is in compared to my Mandarin, which was farther away from the camera. Younger fish have much larger eyes in proportion to the head. Even with just photograph, one can estimate how small by look at the eye to head ratio. Of course, this is species specific so one must know the species fairly well to guess the size from picture of a young fish.

Gotcha, mine’s alone so I expect her to stay female but I won’t love her less if she decides to switch aha.
