I recently relearned that there exist two "Big Books" for Elasmobranch (shark/ray/cartilaginous fish) husbandry. Here're links to the 2004 version:


And the 2017 update:

I saw mentions of it on MonsterFishKeepers, but I figured it was just a forum for drums and croakers, like SCR is for elasmobranch enthusiasts! I think it’d be super useful to have some copies, can you tag me when you make the post?

I did not realize that a new revised edition(2017) has been released. But I guess it makes sense, as there has been some advancements in shark & ray husbandry, as well as some newly discovered species which have kept in captivity in the past 15 years.

Drum and Croaker also has a shark/ray supplement online. My recollection is that it contains information that didn't make it into the husbandry manual.
