Little flea like bugs

When lights go out I get thousands of little flea looking bugs running all over my rocks,sand bed and corals. They are grayish in color not whit like copods so just wondering if anyone else has them and what they are

Sorry for bad pictures but they are small and fast
Also forgot to mention that my torch ended up dying possibly from them

Those are possibly them are they fast when light gets shined on them?
