Sounds like tangs are out lol
Yeah they just dont do well in smaller tanks, very active fish. A yellow or bristletooth would probably be okay, especially a biota yellow

I’m assuming a brown tang is out
Powder brown? Yeah can be nasty. Any of the powder tangs (blue, brown, gold rim, achilles) wouldnt do well in your tank unfortunately. I love bristletooth tangs, Im getting a while tail in on wednesday! Along with a sohal, purple, and an atlantic blue (tank is 300 gallons 8 feet long)
