While I'm taking my time, because patience is the key in life. I'm currently mapping out my sump cabinet, I'm OCD so it has to look sharp. It will be amazing, because I'll work on it 6 months before I put water in the tank. Looking at the concept, I have one thing that baffles me. The ATO sensor in the sump.... Can someone explain to me the balance of not over flowing/under flowing the sump? Any tips are appreciated, I'm an over thinker and this one thing has me wondering.

Hello,

Thanks for adding me to the group. I have 27 years experience in freshwater aquariums. I'm making the jump to saltwater reef aquariums. After viewing the reefs around Key West/St. Croix over the years, I want to put one in my home. I have so far enjoyed the information on the site, and reading the discussions. I look forward to gaining knowledge and posting my progress.

Thanks,
