If you can wait, and you have a compatible aquarium controller like the GHL Light WiFi or the GHL Mini WiFi, Nicrew is working on a 0-10V adapter. Is the controller necessary to set up a schedule to turn on, ramp up for a selected time frame, run the setting all day until ramp down then off?
I thought, because it's 5 channels, that's why they moved to USB. A 0-10V controller would take 5 different ports to incorporate, right? Don't guess that makes it impossible just seems maybe not too practical. I told them the loss of 0-10V is a step backwards, requested the functionality, and they listened. They have a way.I thought, because it's 5 channels, that's why they moved to USB. Honestly not sure where you should start. My 150w G1 is 15in above the tank and the tank is 20in deep. Currently running 10% white and 80% blue. Par is 220 at the top of my highest peak and
I'll see if I can borrow a par meter. Thank you for responding. I'm looking forward to possibly get some real growth on sps.100-120 on the bottom. I would imagine you are using the arms that come with the lights, likely putting them 8in above the water. I would start with 5-10% white and 50% blue. Do you have a par meter? Could adjust them that way based off what your getting. Thats how I set mine up.
I'm getting excited! I got them yesterday and they will be installed wendsday. While they don’t have the long term use yet, the Nicrew Gen2 blows the AI Prime away. Better spread, better blending, way more power should you ever need it

I wanna ask what are the tank dimensions but that aside, 170W from these will no doubt replace a 56W T5.So I picked up two of the G1 30W fixtures on here earlier this year for my classroom mixed reef tank. I'm still supplementing them with a single 56W t5 bulb, but I would love to be done with this. Do we think two of the 100W are worth it?
I've spent through my entire allotted budget already (I get nothing from the school lol), so I'm really trying to find the best bargain here.
It's 48x13x20 tall (standard 55g). I definitely like the idea of swapping my two 30s for two 100s and getting rid of the t5 all together.I wanna ask what are the tank dimensions but that aside, 170W from these will no doubt replace a 56W T5.
I was on my phone and didn't see the TWO 30's part. But still, two 100's I should think would be a solid replacement. On the Nicrew site, it says the 100's cover an area of 24″ x 24″ each. It's 48x13x20 tall (standard 55g).
