Oil slick on surface - Fluval Evo 13.5

Hi all,

I have an Evo 13.5 which is still cycling. In the very end chamber where my return pump is, I keep getting a oil slick type residue on the surface of the water. I've tried removing it with a paper towel which works, but a few days later it's back.

It's not present in the main display, or any of the other chambers, just the end one.

Is this anything to be concerned about?

It's very common and not concerning. Just be glad it's not in the display. You can try upgrading the stock return pump that might help.

I've got an upgraded pump which is sicce 1.0.
