One of my acros has something weird going on.

Something appears to be eating away at its surface. Pics are below. Also, there is a pointy thing growing out of one of the branches. It is circled on the image. Sorry images are not great. Best I could do. Its in the middle of my tank and hard to get close.

can't tell since its too blue/blurry, but my guess is a vermetid snail that the SPS itself is growing over.
