So dumb question. Im really new...do I want an acro? Are they easy?
we would wait awhile before you venture into acros. get use to maintaining a tank for a year with easier corals and go from there.

If you have to ask if you want an acro, you don't want an acro.

Flippancy aside, they're one of the more difficult corals to keep. Part of the problem is that there isn't much you can do for them directly - they require stable water conditions, high lighting, and high flow. There's also a pretty good chance you'll have to dose for alkalinity and calcium to keep up with their growth. They tend to be both expensive and fragile. If you can grow them, they're some of the most satisfying corals to keep, but they'll break your heart if your tank isn't ready for them.

If you decide you want to try them, start off with cheaper frags in small numbers and see how they grow. Don't even think about picking up a $75+ frag until you have success with cheaper ones.

I
what makes the white walker acro so desirable?
I feel its the challenge of keeping them - they signify that you are doing a pretty darn good job with your tank if you can keep them. There is really nothing too special though, it is all your preference

Yeah I'd suggest waiting till at least mid summer to early fall. You still using all the stock part for the evo?? I've also got one and wasn't have much luck till I upgraded most the stock parts
I upgraded the light and the sponge filter in the back but thats about it. Its actually been doing fantastic so far but I dont have much in it. 2 clowns, couple of zoas. I added a mushroom and a favia (?) , I can't remember the name, yesterday.
