Phosphate test results.. bad?

Finally got po4 test. Does this read zero, if it does that means feed feed feed right? I am dosing reeflux (fluconazole) which may be making it 0 bc it’s killing my bryopsis. But idk. Nitrates also look low >5. At least po4 and nitrates are somewhat balanced right??

Looks closer to zero than 0.25 but thats a big jump between the two. That kits probably only good for testing for the presence of PO4 not giving an actual reading. I'm a fan of digital testers especially for PO4

It is very difficult to obtain a phosphate reading from an API test kit, at least for me.

You could keep using that test kit but I wouldn't trust it for true level readings.
You can use it to track consistency, in other words if you normally get a .5 reading and all the sudden you get a 1.5 AND you have an algae outbreak it would be safe to think P is high. If your readings are consistent and tank looks the same then things would be standard.
If you want to know and track actual levels more closely you'll want a better tester either Hanna or Salifert
