Poor Customer Service from AquaFX

Bought a media kit for my Barracuda from them. After three weeks it went from 0ppm to 74ppm. Before knowing all the information they blamed the membrane for being bad and wanted water reading from certain points in the ro/di unit. I asked for directions on how to remove the tubing and that was never provided. Someone from I guess Aquafx contacted but didn't identify their position and all they kept saying was, "Your membrane is bad and we won't give out free media". I'm only asking for a replacement and I'd be happy to send the defective ones back.
