I ordered the smart booster aquatic life pump. I don't know my pressure, but it's not 80!What did you order Scott? What’s your pressure like out of the tap?
You really need a pressure gauge to tell, but in general you can't go wrong with a booster pump. What did you order Scott? What’s your pressure like out of the tap?
I shoot for 80 psi, which I get without a booster. 90 psi I believe is right on the edge of the maximum recommended. At 100 psi I would expect fittings to be blowing out for sure, from what I've read.Does everyone run their pressure at 80 lbs exactly?
I was running about 90 because I was told it is risky to mess with the pressure adjustment screws. I broke 2 flush valves over a year and decided to just adjust it. No problems since.
So I purchased a gauge and put it inbetween the sink and supply line and I’m getting around 75 PSI going to the RO buddie. I took another video of my filtered return hopefully this one works, still poor flow for my clean return
Inbetween carbon cartridge and membrane?
22.6 deg Celsius and I have my TDS in the mail currently not sure as of nowWhat is your water temperature?
What is your Input TDS?
I’m on city water as well not a well22.6 deg Celsius and I have my TDS in the mail currently not sure as of now
I’ll try this nowSo sediment > carbon > pressure gage > membrane > di
So I’m getting 77 psi between the carbon and membraneSo sediment > carbon > pressure gage > membrane > di
77 all around, could I have a bad membrane??How much psi with it running?
So it looks like the deion has a air bubble, I took off all the 1/4 hoses and reattached all the fittings and when I first started up I had steady flow out of the filtered water, I watched air bubbles in the de ion filter and now back to slower flow after about 30 secondsThat's with the unit running? How much water is coming out the drain? Did you do the suggestions I previously gave?
The waste water to good water ratio is supposed to be about 3:1 or 4:1, is that what you are getting? So it looks like the deion has a air bubble, I took off all the 1/4 hoses and reattached all the fittings and when I first started up I had steady flow out of the filtered water, I watched air bubbles in the de ion filter and now back to slower flow after about 30 seconds
