They are hardy and not related to scoly despite the trade name. They are more like a cousin of an acan and I don’t think they get larger or split. They should be fed 1-2x a week also
Agree, however if you have a small fromia star, they might eat them...

The plan is Seahorse Savvyy https://seahorsesavvy.com/collectio...ates/products/aquarium-conditioned-garden-eel for multiple reasons.

1). They have them "conditioned to eat mysis" according to their page. Makes sense as they are a seahorse shop and those a finicky eaters too.
2). It's the only place I've seen them conditioned. Eels are sensitive to copper and other medications, so as long as they have them eating, that in itself is a quarantine cycle and difficult to do as I hear.

One of the reasons I'm getting kind of heavy mechanical filtration is because I'm going to go with some fish that require heavy feeding, like the eels and anthias. Since the eels are skittish, the plan is for them to go in first. There is a low chance of fish disease since they have a mucous coat to build their tunnels, but if there is ick or whatever I'll just go fallow after that. The quarantine protocol for them is basically just observation.

awesome

We want to try creating a referral program.

We are going to give this a try. If you refer someone who makes a purchase of at least $100 in real money ( Not including shipping), we will give them a $50 gift card. We will also give you a $50 gift card.

Maybe you know someone who would like to order some SBB corals. Offer it to them next time.

Thank you
