I have some or4’s over the tank currently and like them. @Baby_Shark has had his up longer then I’ve had mine

both bars are great. I believe it comes down to how high you have your lights hanging really. OR4, from my understanding, need to be hung a little higher to achieve the best spread and par distribution than the quanta bars.

again, both are great lights and I would've went with either or.
