He doesn't eat hair algae but does do a good number on some Bryopsis if you have that. I had one, killed all our Bryopsis we had, then disappeared. They consume the chlorophyl from the Bryopsis.

Great

Someone on the forum reccomeded them and said great for hair algae.

Then the description on a website said

Lettuce Nudibranch
Reef Compatibility: Yes
Minimum Tank Size: 20 gal
Max Size: 3 inches
Approximate purchase Size: 1 to 3 inches
Food/Feeding: Herbivore
Notes: They are great at consuming different species of algae, especially hair algae or bryopsis.

Sooo I am hoping at least one of them picks up a taste for it

Maybe yours will eat it lol. Ours never touched hair algae. For Hair algae and bubbe algae, I use Reef FluxRx the 350gallon one. I use all of it at once in our 90 gallon (120 gallon total) system. All hair and bubble algae is usually gone within 8 days, no issues whatsoever.

When it came out, my brother used it and it kill corals abd a few fish in his tank. He threw it out and told me to never use the crap
I’ve used it twice. One time was a month of dosing. Completely eliminated my bubble algae.

Never had any coral, fish, or invert issues.
