Should i move the RBTA

So i have had the anemone for around a month and a half and i initially put it somewhere with low light so that it moved to a spot that it liked a bit quicker, but it ended up staying there, it hasn’t ever gone back to the size it was in the shop so does that mean it is unhappy there, i would move it but i don't want to damage its foot, the spot also happens to be in a crevice round the back of my scape. Do you think i should move it next to my other green bta as that one seems pretty happy where it is

Based on that photo, I would be hard pressed to say that is a RBTA?
