Ah ok, I have not used it yet myself, but I'm sure someone here will let us know soon how come you can't post.

To be able to use the Marketplace you need to have an account of I believe 20 days old and at least 20 messages sent. However, if you become a R2R supporter then you can post immediately on the marketplace
