I’m new to saltwater tanks and have a question about clown fish. I have two and the larger one is constantly picking on the smaller one. Because of that the smaller one spends most its time hiding under live rock. Is there anything I can do to prevent this aggression or at least minimize it? Or is it possible? This is something that may work itself out overtime?

Get a syringe and squirt food where the small one is hiding so he eats. Sounds like the bigger one is starting to change to female and will bully the smaller one until he submits, will look like they are having seizures when they start to bond. Normal for clowns. If the larger one really beats the smaller one up you can rehome one or try putting the aggressive one in an acclimation box for a few weeks
