Sponge or Aiptadia?

Happy Friday!
Working my way through pineapple sponges, recent outbreak of Spirorbid worms and now this in the overflow. No sign in sump or main tank.
It’s pretty is it a sponge or start of Aiptasia or something else?

A little hard to tell, initially I thought sponge, but it looks more like aptasia.
