Good Morning Snowman. I also hope it cures them but the good part is that after they are cured, and if you feed something with living gut bacteria, they should remain immune. :D

I'm glad you didn't listen to the masses and put some poison in there.

My friends son just caught this ten foot Tuna. It took 2 1/2 hours to bring it in on a spinning reel.
I think he needs a bigger boat. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

A spinning reel caught a 10’ tuna. Impressive.

I once landed a 50lb tuna with 17 lb test line using a Penn 750 spinning reel. It took 45 minutes and I was exhausted and sore the next day.

Today is my back surgery, and my 36th surgery where they knocked me out. Operations don't bother me especially because mine were all thankfully for stupid sissy things like bones, ligaments, tendons, rotary cuffs, and ich.

Nothing important. The biggest problem is that they are doing this at 2:30 so I can't eat or drink since last night. I can go without food for a couple of days but now, at 6:30, I normally had 3 cups of coffee already so shortly, I will get a big caffeine headache.

I will ask the anesthesiologist if he could infuse some coffee into the IV line. :)

My wife has to drive me home and it is 45 minutes away. She has trouble driving and I have a "left foot gas pedal" in the car but I never let her drive on the expressway but thats how we have to go.

All our friends are in Florida or baby sitting someplace today :anguished-face:

Trip might be worth springing for an Uber?

The hospital doesn't allow an Uber to drive you home. You need a real person to get you there and wait for you. Luckily, my closest friend came home early from a Sweet 16 party in his family and drove me. I was in there over 3 hours. First they had to scrape all the ich off my vertebra.

My Wonderful surgeon made 4 incisions in my back, played around in there for over an hour and glued me back up probably with coral glue.

I won't know if it worked for a couple of weeks or months but I have great faith in her.
She is a pain Mgt Dr. and every time my wife or I go to her, we come out dancing.

She is in her 40s and a Supermodel, although that is not why we went to her. (but it helped)

I love this doctor as does my wife and would follow her to California if she moved there.

Last night I "slept" with the door opened and felt like someone drove an Oldsmobile on to my bed and parked the right front wheel on my back even though I took Oxycodone and Methocarbambol which put me into GaGa land but didn't do anything for the back pain.

But after 36 surgeries I know the drill and it will get much better by the day.

So I got up at 1:00 am for the pain and "other reasons" :D

Paul,
Joyful for your successful return home. I say that with assurance as you have not lost your great sense of humor.

And joyful for our constitutional republic that exercised civic responsibility and voted yesterday.

Feel better soon Paul. I can't have you down permanently before you make my copper fish....
Bean, I am working on so many projects that I don't know what to do first. But, unfortunately, none of them are copper fish. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Writing a new book took up a month and getting it edited with the pictures is a real pain. I am also building some really cool things and just don't have enough time for most things I am trying to do. :D

My wife takes up much of my time with all the doctors she goes to and now with this stupid back thing, I have to go back so my doctor can charge my insurance company....I mean, so she can check me out after the procedure.

Bean, I am saving those Oxy pills in case my fish get ich, uronema, Brooklyena, or any these other supposed diseases that fish on these forums get. Of course my fish don't fall for that nonsence and are not allowed to get sick. Thats why I don't let them read any of this forum stuff. :D

It's just before 6:00am and pitch dark. Perfect time to go for my morning walk, against my doctors advice. But I didn't walk for 5 days and I need it to keep my boyish figure.
