My nem died (well, I had to dispose of it after it SOMEHOW went into the tiniest overflow grate space and then split into like 3-4 pieces), so my little tank is basically empty except for a couple of small mushrooms and zoas and clove polyps.

If I get a couple of frogspawn frags during your live sale, how long do you think a small weekly water change will suffice for the frogspawn before needing to start dosing? A year or so?

That's impossible to answer without knowing your current tank stats but highly unlikely you would need to dose anything with shrooms and frogspawns imo
