Bali green slimer is hard to beat. Needs no blue lighting to look fantastic. One of the fastest and most hardy acros. If I could only have one coral in my tank, it’s a no brainer. Also purple stylo in full spectrum is hard to beat. Also very fast growing and hardy. High flow and light.

If it hasn’t been said already, Pretty much anything that was popular circa 2000-2010 would qualify as “good looking at full spectrum” I’d say.

Hey @Battlecorals - any idea of species on the Grape Juice? What lighting are you using in the photos of each?

Flow - Low/Med/High
Light Intensity - Low/Med/High

Thanks!

Is it getting super annoying for anyone to scroll past the long poll list, to get to the thread?

If not, I'll leave it alone and understand I'm being neurotic. If so, any ideas on how to trim it down to a top 10 (or whatever), while still allowing folks to vote (or change vote)?

I think Turbinaria Reniformis is as much sps as some larger poylp montipora or Acropora. Mine is next to a green Slimer and the poylps are the same size.

Sorry if that’s getting in the weeds too much. Thanks for your efforts on this!

No worries on the weeds - I imagine there are some folks who would argue on this (I might be one of them depending on the time of day, If my 4 mo old kept me up all night, etc), but let's not split hairs. I think there are a solid handful of corals that are 'close enough' that we should include them :) We'll add in the purple scroll for sure.

Surprised that nobody's mentioned the OG Fiji Yellow Leather (I mean, I don't think anyone's actually named it, but I suppose OG in this instance means 'real' yellow (not brown) and actually from Fiji. I have one I got from Tidal Gardens that identifies as an SPS.

First google result was a snip from Tidal Gardens calling it an SPS, so I'd say if it looks awesome under heavy whites, let's add it in.
