Hello R2R. Long time lurker, first time poster.
I just setup my first aquarium of any kind in my life, and decided to go with a marine reef tank after the YouTube algorithm got me with all the random pretty reefing videos.
I watched some of the BRS video series on YouTube when starting this journey a few months ago. Shoutout to the long-haired midwest surfer dude from BRS, he was always a joy to learn from!
I think I’ve done well so far but it’s still early.
In addition to YouTube BRS videos, I’ve also mainly consulted reddit and of course googled every question or concern I’ve ever had with the “reef2reef” prefix in the search bar lol!
Anyways, I’ll post my tank in a separate build thread. It’s just a small nano tank but I’ve really enjoyed it so far and will hopefully post more updates in the future.
