Good morning all! So I have a deep water Japanese toadstool that has done so well that it has almost tripled in size in just 3 months. Usually very full through the day, but for the last 3 days it has been closing during the day, but when I first get up in the morning I see it open. Then when light comes on, it starts to close again. I have not changed a thing. Parameters as of last night salinity 1.026, temp 78, PH 8.5, alk 8.3, calcium 409, nitrates 24ppm, phosphate .10 ppm. Any idea what might have made it switch like this?

IT STILL LOOKS VERY PLUMP AND HAPPY, JUST SEEMS TO HAVE REVERSED ITS SCHEDULE. wHICH MADE ME THINK MAYBE LIGHTING, BUT UP UNTIL NOW, IT HAS DONE GREAT WITH THE LIGHTING. Sorry for the caps! As I said it has almost tripled in size since I added it to tha tank back in April.

Looks like a change or lack in water flow. Take a turkey baster and give it a few bursts with water as it likely skinned over. Then direct a little flow towards, not at it to keep sediment off of it
