While it looks to be Uronema, I see what looks like sediment on the bottom, one of the causes, Again, stay away from metro unless you can apply it precisely by weight. I mentioned a ruby rally bath a week ago which you did not do but rather added various meds to the foods which you now see did nothing. Formalin based meds are most effective but difficult to find and you dont want to fool with formaldehyde unless you have experience with it. Once this blemish shows up on the fish, they are typically doomed from trying to medicate them and recover. The tank needs to be clean/cleaner that what is in the picture.
Chloroquine Phosphate also works but must be used precisely. Uronema is not an obligate parasite, and can thrive on bacteria, uneaten food, and waste so besides treatment you also have to maintain a clean tank removing waste daily.

So if the uronema on system can i add more fishes In future ??

Uronema is found in many aquariums and does not seem to cause active disease except in newly acquired fish. Chloroquine will kill it externally, but won't stop intern infections. Here is an article on it:

Your DT may already have Uronema in it. I've never had internal Uronema cause transferred disease to established fish (except external Uronema seen in seahorses and seadragons).
