My tank is 3 years old (tank transfer after 2 years) and has been having dinos for the most part. I did a 3.5 gallons WC (150 gallons tank) 2 days ago and they came back with a vengeance. I haven’t been able to do WC for a long time because of this. They come back 10 times worse.

I dose silicate sometimes to help so I know there are diatoms but I wasn’t sure about some reddish spots so I checked under microscope today. I saw very few dinos, maybe 1 or two but saw other moving micro-organisms. If I know what they are maybe I can fight this ? I think the long spaghetti like strands are cyano.

Anybody can tell me what those 3-4 micro-organisms are ?

Thanks !
