When I graduated nursing, there were no jobs to be had. You had to wait until another nurse retired or died. I moved to South Texas for work for 10 years and then found myself a man from California and the rest is history.

Want to try amazing toutons? squat the **** out of them so they're good and thin, partially cook one side, then fold it over the oldest, sharpest cheddar you can find and cook a little longer. Even better if cooked over a camp stove (or better yet, open fire).
