We sell Nano Brine which is baby Brine Shrimp (Artemia salina) that hatch in transit To answer your second question if you are using our product we typically recommend to feed them out over 2-3 days depending on your tank size/feeding needs. If you are hatching on your own I would just start with a small amount so you can feed the newly hatched brine fresh every 24 hour (depending again on your feeding needs) -Raven
